I reckon the pool was real nice, helped me unwind after a long day. Staff was friendly, too, always ready to lend a hand. But, I tell ya, the breakfast options could sure use some work. Woulda liked a lil’ more variety, maybe some fruit or pastries.

the indoor pool was amazing for unwinding after a busy day. the staff at fairfield inn were friendly, and it was nice to see them wearing gloves when handling food. the hotel was conveniently located near local shopping and eateries, making it a great spot to explore.

We loved the pool area, but the breakfast selection could definitely be better. The room was clean and comfortable during our stay.

I was absolutely appalled that I had to wait for housekeeping, which is every other day, how inconsiderate! Also, after being told there was no a/c, a fan was the best they could do, what a joke. As someone who deserves better, I expected an upgrade—guess that was too much to ask for. I just couldn’t recommend this place.

I had a delightful stay at Fairfield Inn By Marriott Rochester East. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast included a variety of tasty options, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my guest room with two queen beds, making it feel welcoming and fresh.

My children wanted more TV channels.

The assistance from Francisco at the front desk made the experience more enjoyable, and the breakfast had a good selection with delicious options like chopped salads. However, the thermostat control was misleading, as it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, staying consistently at 70 degrees regardless of the setting. Additionally, some noise from the surroundings affected the overall comfort during the stay. Due to these shortcomings, it left a mixed impression, despite some positive aspects.
